Directing Jordan Park was a new experience for me as a director because this project was under so many time constraints I wasn’t ever really able to invest the time I would have liked to only the script. Because of that I was forced to keep the story in the back of my mind and not stress every turn and arch the story contained and instead focus primarily on telling the story thru my lens and my actors.

I know for a lot of you that direct this is no revelation and in fact the way of the craft so to speak and this may in fact be true but like you who has enveloped these skill sets, I had to start somewhere and making this “revelation” for myself was a major eye opener. For the longest, I have struggled immensely with letting go and letting the story tell itself. Now having experienced my first real living story amongst my first real direction of character, I feel super excited to take on another project.
